Air condition
Cleanliness bathroom was untidy bedsheet was not good and the bed was not good
2 of my Friends came to see me up, the manager and staff started fighting and told us to leave. My money got waste and I have to book a new room.

The shower was broken
There was no water from the tap.
Insects were there under the bed and they mentioned the water bottle is there inside the room but nothing was there.
AC was not working
There was no seat for toilet in the first room alloted......when informed they gave another room .This room was okay but toilet was dirty and flush was not working.....there was no free drinking water ....But staff was very good.......they responded well to my complaints
Place near Railway station, Metro station, Autos available in plenty, Local busses available a few meters from this place. A perfect location having easy and quick transportation. Hotels are available, but veg hotels are limited in number near this place. Rate seems reasonable, very accomodation people. Only worry, flooding during rainy season will put movement to difficulty.
Nothing specific. Since they are accomodative in check in and check out, the present timing 12pm / 11am is not suitable to many who have trains after 1 pm, as most outstation trains are from that time.
