The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. The service was very good, and the team was quick to respond to any request. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and supportive, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free.

I had a wonderful stay at the North Seven, the reception staff during my stay, coordinated everything very well and ensured a smooth experience. The room service was prompt, and the room was extremely neat and clean.
All the staff members were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. This is definitely one of the best hotels in the area.
Price is very high but facility not good

Personeel wist niet veel over de omgeving of activiteiten te vertellen. Meestal komt personeel van andere delen vh land, waardoor ze weinig weten te vertellen. Restaurant wordt heel weinig gebruik gemaakt door gasten. ( mischien omdat het rustig was in hotel)
Food: The 24/7 'Samridhi@Kochi' eatery right in front is a huge bonus! The included breakfast buffet was also decent with many options.
Service: The staff were very helpful and always available on call. They even stored our luggage for free after checkout.
Location: Very close to Kaloor Metro Station.
Value: High quality and definitely worth the price.

The hotel is not worth the price. It’s a very average hotel. If someone wants to just sleep for a night or 2 it’s decent. Not upto the mark. Food is very average. Barely anyone understands English.
Pictures are misleading. the rooms in pics look very well furnished but they are very average.

I believe that rooms should be clean every day without the guest asking for it . At least place a “clean my room “ card in the room since that was missing
The toilets are extremely dirty. They have not been cleaned properly, and residue has accumulated all over the toilet. They require a thorough scrubbing. Housekeeping is not doing a satisfactory job
