Pros:

とても丁寧な対応ですごく良い気持ちになりました

Cons:

冷蔵庫に忘れ物をしました。チェックアウト後に荷物をお昼過ぎまで預かって頂き荷物を受け取る際に何もお言葉は頂けず。荷物を預けた人と部屋や名前など紐付けしていただくとお声がかかったのかなぁと思いました。
私たちも気がついたのは空港でしたので戻ることも出来ず。

Cons:

部屋を2部屋予約していたが、用意されていなかった。帰りも、11時にテエックアウトしますと伝えていたのに、連泊ときいてますが？とスタッフに言われたり。もう少し確認して欲しいです。隣の喧嘩の声がうるさくて眠れなかった。

とてもお得に宿泊出来たのに、とても快適でした
