Okay hotel, be careful of booking during an event.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the room was clean and nice. Good location near to the station, perhaps a 10 minute walk. The reason for the low score is in the next box.

Cons:

Value for money was extremely poor, I suspect we were price scalped due to an event on the night we were staying. So overall the room was okay and probably a reasonable vfm if not doubling of the price for the event.
