スタッフのみなさんがものすごく丁寧・親切でした。
部屋も寝具やアメニティもとってもきれいでした。
アメニティは豊富でした。質の良い化粧水・メイク落とし・洗顔なども必要分を無料でいただくことができました。

高齢の親が同伴でしたので、お風呂に小さな手すりはありましたが、しっかりした手すりがあればいいな、と思いました。

快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

駅から徒歩で行ける。目の前にコンビニがあって便利。部屋の中の設備が充実している。デスク上の鏡はありがたい。枕が二種類あってそれが良かった。

Cons:

フェイスタオルがもう1枚あればありがたい。

自動販売機が利用できないことを受付の時に言って欲しかった。

スタッフは非常に快活で明朗な対応でした。

Cons:

夜中に喉が渇き自動販売機で買おうとしたが、自動販売機の事が室内の案内板にもきちんと書かれておらず、ホテル内をうろうろと探してしまった。唯一1階にあった自動販売機が館内の工事のため使えず。勿論直ぐ外にはあるし、道路を渡った所にコンビニもあるが寝巻で外に出れるわけもなく…。
せめて受付の際にインフォメーションしてくれれば、外で買っていたのにと思いました。
