I rarely write reviews, but the kindness and integrity shown by the team at Lu To Hotel deserve recognition.

During my stay in Da Lat, I accidentally left my Dyson hair dryer behind and only realized it after arriving in Ho Chi Minh City. With a flight back to India the very next day, I thought there was little chance of getting it back. However, the hotel owner immediately stepped in to help. Despite the short timeline and the challenges involved, he remained responsive, reassuring, and genuinely committed to finding a solution.

What impressed me most was not just the effort to return my belongings, but the honesty and responsibility he demonstrated throughout the process. He even told me that if he was unable to get the Dyson back to me in time, he would personally compensate me for the loss. That level of care and accountability is something you rarely encounter.

Thanks to his dedication, my Dyson was safely returned to me before my departure. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality shown by the owner and his team.

If you are visiting Da Lat, I wholeheartedly recommend Lu To Hotel. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place where guests are treated with sincerity, respect, and care.

Cô chú chủ nhà nghỉ rất dễ chịu và thân thiệt. Nếu còn dư phòng cho check in sớm từ 6h sáng và bận việc có thể check out trễ mà không thu thêm phí
Giá rất rẻ mà lại gần sát trung tâm

Cons:

Một chút vấn đề về ga nệm hơi cũ tí, chắc có lẽ sử dụng lâu. Nhưng vấn đề này không ảnh hưởng quá lớn

Pros:

got fan and near to restaurant, quite and peace, owner let us drop baggage early, the bed is comfy, balcony is big to let dry shirt, cheap and can walk to nearby shops

Cons:

no aircond, hair dryer not power, need to wear shoes due to dirty floor and mat, the room is quite small and just fit, bathroom more spacious, no chair and table, no water provided
