Muy recomendable
Pros:

Precioso edificio. Amabilidad del personal. Desayuno excelente. Spa superagradable y completo. Piscina exterior muy agradable.

El hotel en general es muy bonito, el desayuno muy bueno y sobre todo el personal.

Cons:

El ruido ya que es tan antiguo que suena las maderas del suelo y las puertas, es normal porque que si lo arreglan le quitan el encanto y esa semana llovió y bajaron temperaturas y hacia frío en la habitación que era grande y tardaba mucho en calentarse.

La atención del personal de 10 y el desayuno de 10. Había un chico atendiendo que era un 11.

Cons:

La bañera hidromasaje no funcionaba bien, no estaba limpia ( soltaba porquería).

Disappointing
Pros:

The lady working on reception was very nice and helped us to organize a boat tour for the next day. The room was clean and comfortable but was severely lacking in soundproofing. Breakfast was nice but overcrowded.

Cons:

Our stay was soured by a lack of space for guests in the restaurant. Local restaurants were largely closed and my pregnant wife had to go hungry for most of the day. Given that this is a remote hotel, giving guests access to food should be a minimum requirement.
