Eigenlijk is er niets waar we niet blij mee waren.
Alles was tiptop in orde, iedereen was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het diner en ontbijt was voortreffelijk

The location is fantastic and the food is espectacular!!!
Heater in the room was on despite it was summer and we could not turn it off. The spa and hot tub close too early for summer
Location excellent for hike, wonderful amenities in the spa with plenty of space (never felt too crowded, and we discovered a bit late there were two!). Tons of living space and well equipped kitchen (we had a one bed apartment, with a little patio). Friendly owner (Bernadette) and team.
We struggled to work the coffee machine (used the wrong size filter), but the team was friendly and helped us work it out! Would be nice to have a la cart dinner options at the hotel, as we had dietary requirements which didn't allow us to have the full set menu.
The Location, Design, quality of building and amenities of the highest standard. F&B excellent and great spa and wellness facilities.

Everything was exceptional. Fantastic dinner experience, pool and view of the mountain.
הכל. חדרים ברמת 5 כוכבים. אני לקחתי דירה. הריהוט חדש מקלחת מעוצבת, מיטה נוחה, הדירה מרווחת מאד עם מרפסת. יש בריכה וספא אבל לא השתמשנו בהם.
חבל שבמיטה היו שני מזרנים צמודים במקום אחד גדול. הרגישו קצת אי נוחות באמצע. ממילא אי אפשר לפצל את המיטה לשתי מיטות לכן לא ברור למה יש שני מזרנים. אבל זה ממש זניח האירוח היה מעולה.
Bernadetta welcomed us with warmth, kindness and was ready to offer suggestions on cable cars, hiking and exploring the area. We upgraded to a spacious room with a gorgeous view and kitchen facilities. We were able to get that home away from home feeling.
We loved eating at the local restaurants and meeting the locals.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

המלון היה מושלם. הצוות אדיב ושרותי ומנהלת המלון היתה מקסימה. החדר היה מצויין ונקי עם נוף מטורף. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. בריכץ אינפיניטי מחוממת ומקורה בתוך מתחם מפנק וג'קוזי חיצוני מול נוף מהסרטים.
