Pros:

Разположението на хотела е уникално, както и гледката на стаите, които са на по-високите етажи

Cons:

Ресторанта и храната в него е под всякаква критика. Ако мога да я определя, прилича на столова храна от миналият век. Напитките не искам и да ги коментирам, толкова бяха ужасни.
Когато човек си плаща за олинклузив очаква всичко да е включено в цената, но уви не е така, ако искате нормално безалкохолно трябва или да си го купите от бара или да си внесете закупено от магазина.
Отделно част от плодовете се продаваха по време на вечеря.
Хигиената в ресторанта също е ужасна.
Самата обстановка в хотела ме върна в миналото със овехтелите си декорации.

Inca de la inceput, am discutat cu dna Maya deapre rezervare, iar cand am venit la hotel, domnii de acolo, in contact cu ea, foarte rapizi,primitori si amabili in special dl Svetoslav .
Parcarea in siguranta, am fost o familie in perioada 21-25 iulie 2026, recomandam hotel Mura!

La limita.
Pros:

Privelistea si servirea la cantina. Un plus pentru personalul (baieti) de la curatenia in camere. Foarte amabili.

Mobilier vechi, mult praf si atmosfera de vechi, foarte vechi.

De fapt nu am fost cazata la Hotel Mura, toți cei care au rezervat la Mura au fost cazați la Hotel Ghergana care este peste Mura!

Pros:

Отлично разположение с осигурени чадъри и шезлонг на плажа. Храната задоволи напълно изискванията ни. Мястото е тихо, персоналът любезен, а музиката и от времето на соца, в което има много романтика.
