Pros:

Location is great. In the middle of Tawau town. Everything u wanna do in the town is just a walk away.

Cons:

Cleanliness is alarming. Roaches are everywhere. Moldy walls, be it inside the room or bathroom. Weirdly is the mold is actually easily cleanable, I try to wipe some with tissues and it's easily cleaned. That alone shows how terrible they manage their housekeeping service. The bed, comforter, pillows even the dressing table feels dusty, not clean. I dont know but if I'm ever going to Tawau again, I'll never want to go to this hotel again. For RM81, much better add on some more money and get better accommodation next door.

Cons:

During check-in, the staff did not inform us about any additional charges, including GST. We only found out about the GST after checking out. The online booking did not state that there would be any additional GST charges, and the price shown was clearly stated as the net price
