Chambre et prix améliorables, mais nous sommes à Durbuy.
Pros:

Le site dispose d'un parking privatif.
La température de la chambre restait supportable maigres l'absence d'airco.

Cons:

La propreté serait à améliorer (comme par exemple nettoyer derrière la porte de la salle de bain !)
Une rénovation du mur de gauche est sérieusement à envisager ! (chambre du bas)

Comfortable night's stay in Le1331
Pros:

The owner was very kind and moved us to a new property that they are getting ready to rent, Le1331, as it had air conditioning and the weather was very warm. The room was lovely and we were able to store our bicycles in the store room downstairs overnight.

It was a short but fun stay.
Pros:

No breakfast in the hotel but there were plenty of places to go to that were very close by.

Cons:

The fridge in one of the rooms was still a bit dirty as if something had been leaked, but otherwise nu complaints

It was convincing, however keep in mind that this is not a hotel.

I booked the superior room:
The room was Ok, the location was perfect, and the free parking behind the building was convenient. The bed was also comfortable.

Cons:

If you’re booking this place, just keep in mind that it is an apartment not a hotel, even though Google lists it as a hotel. Because of that, there is no reception and no proper room service.

When I stayed there, the weather was quite hot, and the room did not have air conditioning, which was uncomfortable. However, the host informed us about this upon arrival when we entered the room and brought the luggage in, he offered to show us another room in a different building if we preferred.
These kind of information need to be discussed and agreed in advance, such as other messages sent by him, like city taxes, etc.

You can get a hotel with the same cost there.

Fijne, luxe en schone kamer.. Ook een koelkastje, koffiezetapparaat.
Pros:

Luxe kamer. Prettig interieur. Koelkastje was fijn.

Cons:

Geen ontbijtservice
Uitzicht aan straatkant. Bij boeken stond er uitzicht op de Ourthe.

Hotel très bien situé et chambre bien aménagé en plein cœur de Durbuy.
Pros:

L’emplacement et les commodités de la chambre.

Cons:

L’absence de petit déjeuner car il est très difficile de trouver à déjeuner tôt le matin à Durbuy.
