Niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Warme douche en goede douche kop. En het was schoon ook de bedden.veel van hout en dat stond mooi ook de deuren.

Cons:

Personeel niet aardig erg afstandelijk, nog nooit in Indonesie meegemaakt,kraan van wasbak was kapot. Koelkast defect.Warm ontbijt veel te heet voor Belanda's en alternatief geroosterd wit brood met margarine en duo penotti aardbei, smerig.

Good stop over on t he way to the Togians
Pros:

We were a bit worried after reading bad reviews of several people regarding the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms, but I have to say that our room ( number 113 ) was clean and tidy. Perfect place to spend one night before going to the Togian Islands the next day.

Cons:

Actually needs some maintenance but for one night it's not an issue.

The property looks beautiful at first glance — it clearly used to be a very nice hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the first impression. The staff seemed unmotivated throughout. Our first room had a broken air conditioner that was essentially raining water into the room, and the room itself was dirty with mould on the ceiling. We were moved to a second room, which was slightly better but still dirty, very dated and poorly maintained — the bathroom in particular felt neglected. Breakfast was sparse: pancakes only on request, the toaster was broken, and toast with jam plus a bit of fruit was the only Western option. The whole setup felt careless. With some proper maintenance and attention this could be a good hotel again, but as it stands it doesn’t deliver.

Sembra un hotel 4 stelle ma in realtà non è curato
Pros:

Struttura abbastanza nuova

Cons:

Pulizia un po' carente,bagno con ferritoie aperte X aerazione senza retina quindi zanzare e jeko in stanza.

Colazione ( dolce) quasi inesistente

Recommended for a good night’s sleep.
Pros:

Very clean and well maintained. Large room. Shower had hot water and pressure. Bed was comfortable with soft pillows.
All above rare in Sulawesi. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Too many cats roaming loose and no in-house restaurant for dinner.

Il ragazzo alla reception è stato gentile anche se non parla inglese.

Cons:

Non ho mai visto una struttura più sporca:
- in bagno rubinetti incrostati (non solo calcare)
- peli di qualcuno che si è fatto la barba
- lenzuola macchiate (ho dormito vestita)

Hotel als Zwischenstop OK
Pros:

Eine Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstop ist es Ok!
Es ist alles da, was man braucht!
Frühstück war OK
Waren eben nur als Zwischrnstop da!

Cons:

Leider ein sehr schlechtes bis kein WLAN (Internet) im.Hotel

Gut für eine Nacht
Pros:

Schöner Eingangsbereich und Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Gut für einen Aufenthalt, wenn man am nächsten Tag von Ampana auf die Togean Island fahren möchte. Die Fahrt vom Hotel zum Hafen in Ampana dauert mit dem TukTuk knapp 10 Minuten.

Cons:

Frühstück hat uns nicht beeindruckt (kleine Auswahl und nicht wirklich schmackhaft).
