Muy buena atención y excelente desayuno
Pros:

Excelente experiencia en Ancona. Hotel muy bien ubicado, justo frente a la estación de tren y muy cerca de las paradas de buses, lo que facilita muchísimo los traslados. Desde la llegada nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos.

La habitación era cómoda, renovada y estaba impecablemente limpia. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. El desayuno estuvo muy bien servido, con productos de muy buena calidad; las tortas realmente espectaculares.

Quedamos muy conformes con la estadía y sin dudas lo recomendaríamos.

Cons:

Del hotel no tengo nada que objetar. Tal vez lo único menos favorable sea la ubicación para recorrer los principales puntos turísticos, ya que queda un poco alejado. Además, la zona por momentos nos resultó algo “pesada” por el ambiente y algunas personas que había alrededor. Más allá de eso, la experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena.

De tudo , especialmente da atenção dos funcionários, Kevin, nos recebeu bem ,mas ficamos muito gratas ao senhor da noite que foi extremamente solicito ao me ajudar com um problema de ticket de trem e com Fabiana que pela manhã completou a ajuda enviando e mail e me ajudando muito com este problema que tive com a máquina da estação também.
Fico muito muito grata pela ajuda deles que foi essencial para minha boa impressão do hotel e cidade. Muito muito grata . Desejo que o hotel honre estes funcionários, São excelentes. Indicarei sempre este hotel , tudo ótimo, cama quarto, café etc

Ottima posizione per l’arrivo e la partenza, essendo difronte la stazione. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile; colazione ben assortita. Struttura carina con i giusti comfort.

Cons:

Ottima posizione ma allo stesso tempo non molto sicura in generale la zona, sopratutto la sera per una passeggiata o un’uscita, essendo appunto a pochi passi dalla stazione. Abbiamo riscontrato solo un odore sgradevole in camera proveniente dalla fogna e per questo non abbiamo soggiornato nei migliori dei modi.

Pros:

Room is clean and comfortable! Breakfast is adequate too. Staff are pleasant and the hotel is clean with good facilities. Just opposite the main train station and a 20 min walk from the town - location is also ideal. Overall perfect for a short stay.

Cons:

The AC stopped working and made it uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. It was unfortunately not fixed during my stay. Opening the window works but the main road facing rooms can be quite noisy!

Sicuramente la posizione ottima, davanti alla stazione, e considerando quello nessun rumore percepito durante la permanenza nella camera.
Ringrazio il personale che è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni esigenza, camera e bagno molto in ordine, sicuramente da ritornarci.
