The promptness of the staff when I reported the TV issue it was sorted in no time.

Television wasn't working and we requested but no one came fix it. 3 days without it.
Suggestion at least each corridor to hv an iron room with proper iron.

I was not offered breakfast, in which my booking had. My booking had an iron, it was no there in my room. The receptionist lady was not friendly. Certain plugs and light were no working.
