the area is close to the beach and ICC,The cleaner was excellent,excluding the one on duty Saturday

Location was close to ICC and the beach, and the Wimpy restaurant, and transport access was also available to visit other areas

Cons:

The bathroom extractor fan was not working. and no ventilation. Thus, there was a moldy smell throughout, which resulted in flies in the bathroom throughout our stay. Access to the hotel is for everyone; security measures need to be made to avoid anyone from coming in.Cleaning on Saturday was poorly done.

Pros:

The reception lady was very welcoming and smiling, easy to talk to. House keeping lady was very nice and helpful, rooms are in good condition.

Cons:

Shower was not in best state, shower door doesn't close properly and the tap shower mixture need some repairing. The was no extra blanket. No iron neither ironing board, TV and dstv remote need new batteries. No shower gel as promised.

A very bad experience
Cons:

A very bad hotel with zero customer care. Overbooked and rooms could be provided even the though the payment waa done months ago. Slow in communication and sold our rooms to clients who were paying cash
