Beautiful and Comfortable Hotel in Arezzo
Pros:

It was very close to the Arezzo Station and is located in s very central location. You have everything you need nearby and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. We were also able to check in early because the room was already available. Dog friendly!

Cons:

The staff is friendly but you will probably have a little problem communicating in English

Excellent, basic accommodation minutes from train station and from historic center
Pros:

Excellent value for the money. The facilities are exactly as pictured -simple and a bit dated aesthetically. But they were very clean and comfortable and what I wanted. The location was perfect when making day trips from Arezzo because it was a 3 minute walk from the train and bus stations, and 5 minutes from the historic center. A breakfast buffet was available and I was able to leave my luggage when I arrive early. The staff were friendly and checked that those who entered had keys/were guests.

Pros:

La camera sembrava restutturata da poco e la posizione è veramente il top. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile

Cons:

La struttura è molto vecchia e la ristrutturazione non ha toccato tutto purtroppo...però il prezzo competitivo fa dimenticare di tutti i difetti. Consiglierei solo di regalare anche una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo perché quella del rubinetto non sembrava ottima

Pros:

Molto pulita e centralissimo

Cons:

Le stanze erano molto calde, ma dotate di condizionatore oltretutto non sparato sui letti, quindi comodo.
