Ontspannen, luxe, volledig, goed verzorgd met behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

- bij binnenkomst in het gebouw is het meteen ontspannend, het is rustig ingericht zoals een spa met onder andere stromend water, stijlvolle verlichting, fris ruikend en rustige muziek.
- het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hoewel vloeiend Engels spreken soms lastig is, gaan ze duidelijk tot het uiterste om je verblijf comfortabel te maken.
- de kamer is comfortabel en luxe ingericht. Het is erg schoon.
- het personeel biedt dagelijks de optie aan de kamer half of heel schoon te maken of niet te storen. Zelfs bij een “halve schoonmaak” worden onder andere de amenities uitgebreid aangevuld en ook de minibar wordt dagelijks bijgevuld.
- het hotel biedt diverse extra (gratis) opties op aanvraag aan, zoals het gebruik van een strijkijzer. Het personeel is zeer snel deze te brengen als je dit aanvraagt.
- de kamer bood een onverwacht leuke karaokeset aan met een zeer uitgebreide variatie aan nummers die je kunt aansluiten aan de tv.
- het bubbelbad was erg ontspannend en is een stuk ruimer dan de foto’s doen vermoeden. Ook wordt er badzeep en dergelijke aangeboden en bijgevuld.
- de kamer bevat een hete sauna. Eén van de personeelsleden was zelfs zo vriendelijk deze dagelijks vast aan te zetten als je je verwachte thuiskomsttijd opgeeft.
- er is zeer veel aandacht voor persoonlijk detail. Wij krijgen tijdens ons verblijf van ca. een week twee keer een handgeschreven kaartje met vriendelijke wensen, wat een leuke extra was.
- het personeel is uiterst flexibel in de tijdsindeling: zo kun je bijvoorbeeld zelf je ontbijttijd bepalen (dat mag ook laat, wat in de meeste hotels niet is) en wordt het schoonmaken pas gedaan zodra jij de hotelkamer verlaat
- het hotel biedt dagelijks inbegrepen ontbijt aan, waarin je ca. 7 keuzes hebt. Extra comfortabel is dat deze naar je kamer wordt gebracht op het door jou aangegeven tijdstip.
- een extra compliment verdient de staf, die zich zeer flexibel en behulpzaam opstelt.

We liked everything about the hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. One day when we were out the lovely lady who worked on reception made us some origami and left it in our room with a really thoughtful note that was such a kind gesture. The rooms were spacious (we had junior suites) and although we managed to use the jacuzzi bath we didn’t have time to use the sauna-both provided in our room. The amenities and items provided with the room were off the scale good eg they didn’t just provide a hair dryer, there were curling tongs and hair straighteners as well! As well any kind of toiletries you might want. Everything in the mini bar was provided free too the only extra item would have been karaoke and unfortunately we didn’t have time to spare for that!

Pros:

Great customer service, great breakfast options delivered to your room, amazing rooms with private sauna, karaoke machine, hair tools available, fresh bathrobes every day, big room size, big bath tub with TV and overall we felt really valued as customers.
I would really recommend it, the area is perfect to visit museums.

Overall adequate stay, wishing more of the hotel experience
Pros:

Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large by Japan standards with two sinks, plenty of amenities, and sauna and soaking tub.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bed was quite hard (which is common in Japanese hotels), but we had to request a 2nd mattress topper to make it more comfortable (and the staff did so immediately). There are windows but they are all completely frosted, which makes the room feel a little more claustrophobic. Because there are karaoke machines in the rooms, one of the nights we could hear the people partying above us which disrupted our sleep. The breakfast was brought to your room, however was so-so compared to other hotels which have larger buffet styles.

Amazing hotel fantastic location super clean loved the sauna and jacuzzi in the room and karaoke machine in the room was a blast

It was also opposite a Yamato so super handy for sending bags on to next hotel and 8 min walk from Choyada metro line and also close to the Gonpachi kill bill restaurant which is a great experience

Staff are super friendly and helpful

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Bon emplacement et personnel exceptionnellement gentil et serviable. Les produits de beauté et boissons gratuites étaient particulièrement appréciables. J’y retournerais volontiers à l’occasion.

Cons:

Si je dois dire quelque chose ce serait que le matelas est un peu trop ferme, mais c’est une question de préférence personnelle.
