Excelente instalações
Pros:

Tanto o quarto com banheiro privativo quanto a infraestrutura em geral estavam bem cuidadas e limpas. O anfitrião nos passou todas as informações necessárias para chegar até lá e para acessar o edifício e o quarto, não tivemos nenhum contratempo. O local também bem perto de uma estação de metrô.

Cons:

Não é um ponto negativo, mas a linha de metrô que fica próxima do local não está entre as que tem mais as conexões mais fáceis aos principais locais para turistas.

前回の時も、この回答に書きましたが、２泊なのにタオルセットが１セットしか置いてなかった。
２泊の場合は、ホテル内に置いているタオルセットを持って行っていいのか？
タオル追加は１００円という案内もあった。どうすればいいいのかわからなかった

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns ideal. Kleine Zimmer, jedoch sehr bequeme Betten. Die Gemeinschaftküche ist gut ausgestattet.

Great! Would definitely recommend!!
Pros:

The location was perfect, in a neighbourhood that had so many nice restaurants and felt safe. It was also very close to the metro and the check-in was very smooth. Would highly recommend it :)

Cons:

It was a bit small for two people but if you are planning to spend most day in the city, it is not a problem.

Pros:

Very well located, close to subway station, convenience stores and even a gym! Property was comfortable, clean, provided shampoo, toothbrush. They have a common area too.

Foi muito boa, gostaria de ter ficado mais.
Pros:

Gostei muito da localização ao lado de uma estação de metro, 2 a 3 minutos andando, deixaram um sache de shampoo e sabonete para o corpo, escova de dentes.

Cons:

Nao tem frigobar para deixar qualquer tipo de bebida ou comida refrigerada.

Extremely convenient and good value!
Pros:

Convenient access to property. Great location for my interests as a music person wanting to stay near FORESTLIMIT venue around the block. Good food options nearby. Easy access to downtown using the Keio Line to Shinjuku Station. Cheap!

Cons:

Did not have bidet, but that's not a big deal.
