場所は良いが、清潔ではないので金額には見合っていない。
Pros:

巣鴨駅から近い

Cons:

問い合わせの返事が遅い。
スルーされた件もある。
清掃が行き届いていない。
風呂、ベッドのシーツに髪の毛が付着していた。
また洗面台の鏡の扉の取手部分がぬるぬるしたもので汚れており触ってしまった。
テーブルには飲み物をこぼした跡がそのままで、粘度の高いねちねちした汚れがこびりついていた。
疲れてチェックインしてそのまま大掃除させていただいた。
洗濯機が部屋にも館内にもなく、連泊を想定されているのであればおすすめはできない。
