Für diese Lage in Berlin, war es okay. Geht woanders frühstücken!

Die gute Lage, der Einrichtungscharme.

Cons:

Badezimmer war runtergekommen. Fliesen an der Dusche beschädigt, Frühstück war sehr spartanisch.

Berlin을 관광하기에는 조식을 포함해서 꾀 가성비가 좋은 호텔입니다.
Pros:

4인 객실에 숙박했고, 옛스런 호텔건물의 정취를 느낄수 있어 좋았어요.
아침조식은 아주 단순하지만 충분히 만족스럽게 맛있었어요.
화장실은 수도시설이 냉수,온수 모두 잘 공급되었어요.
침대각 4개있어 충분히 편안한 숙면을 취할 수 있었어요.
위치는 버스정류장과 지하철이 아주 가까운 대략 5분이내에 있어 어디로 가든 편하게 이동할 수 있었어요.
주변에 식당과 슈퍼마켓이 많아 맥주와 음식에 대한 걱정없이 없었어요.
리셉션의 직원들은 매우 친절했어요. 일찍 입실을 시켜주셨고, 마지막날 짐도 맞아주시고, 전기주전자도 빌려주는 등.

Cons:

직원중 일부 인원은 영어를 하지못했고 꾀 불친절하게 고객을 대했어요. 수건이 부족해 요청했을때 무조건 안된다고 했어요. 실수로 수건을 욕실 바닦에 내려놓지 않아서 교체가 안된거라고 아침에라도 새수건이 필요하다고 했지만 안된다고만 하시내요. 우리가 잘못을 실수를 했지만 융통성이 너무 없었어요.
에어컨이 없고 선풍기만 있는데 3일 숙박중 2일은 다행히 밤에 덥지않아 창문을 열고 선풍기로 버텼지만 하루는 밤에도 더워서 잠들기가 쉽지 않았었어요.

Für die Lage gut,für den Aufenthalt wegen des mini Bades überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen....ect.

Die Lage war ganz gut,dass Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Das Bad ist extrem winzig.Man konnte nur schwer wenn überhaupt duschen,da die Dusche so winzig auch noch durch Duschvorhang in der Duschkabine zusätzlich verkleinert wurde.Ein einseifen,einschäumen der Körpers eine riesen Herrausforderung wenn überhaupt möglich..Zusätzlich klebte der Duschvorhang dierekt am Körper,da wie gesagt alles so mini,klein gewesen ist.Der TV hatte extreme Programm Störungen,da auch der Techniker mir sagte im ganzen Hotel sind die Kalbelleitungen schrott und müßten dringend erneuert werden damit das Signal dann einwandfrei übermittelt werden kann.
Klimaanlage bzw. Ventilator gab es nicht und in der wärmeren Zeit ist das auch nicht so gut im Zimmer.Brandflecken an Komoden,Tischen,Teppichbelägen sind auch nicht so schön gewesen.Im Bad gab es noch nichtmals einen Klopapierrollenhalter oder eine Steckdose für den Föhn.Man mußte sich im Zimmer föhnen ohne sich in irgendeinem Spiegel überhaupt sehen zu können.

Pros:

Von der Buchung bis zum Einchecken top Abwicklung, Zentral gelegen, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück gut.

Pros:

Отличная квартира советского типа в доме времён ГДР. Ремонт конечно старый, но всё аккуратно.
Огромная кровать (на которой можно расположиться, наверное, вчетвером) и 2 дивана, прикольный вид с балкона.
Аутентичный лифт, который ещё вероятнее всего возил Брежнева.
Внизу хорошее кафе с типичными немецкими блюдами.
Прямо у дома смогли бесплатно припарковать машину.
Завтрак не особо шикарный, но перекусить можно.
Все сотрудники свободно разговаривали на русском языке.

Im großen und ganzen in Ordnung für drei Nächte. Länger muss nicht sein.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. S-und U-Bahn gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Der gesamte Flur hatte einen teils modrigen, teils beißenden Geruch. Obwohl in allen Zimmern Rauchverbot herrscht, roch es in unserem Zimmer stark nach altem Rauch.
