collocato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Torino Porta Nuova e molto vicino al centro storico e alle principali attrazioni turistiche. camera grande, con aria condizionata che ha funzionato perfettamente (cosa non secondaria dato che nei giorni in cui sono stata a Torino era caldissimo). le doppie finestre hanno aiutato a ridurre al minimo il rumore esterno.

Correcta , bien ubicada , desayuno adecuado , bueno

La ubicación perfecta a metros de la estación Torino Porta Nuova. Cordialidad de los dueños . Limpieza

Cons:

No es agradable la vista de la ventana, ya que da a un pulmón de manzana y se siente mucho el ruido de los vecinos

Customer care e stanze non adeguate alle stelle
Pros:

La posizione è ottima. Le camere hanno una buona dimensione.

Cons:

Non c’è praticamente customer care, con personale rude, non pronto, che non asseconda minimamente le esigenze del cliente, bullizza
Le camere sono scarne, sanitari vecchi con qualche incrostazione. La pulizia degli ambienti è adeguata ma la stanza presentava capelli in doccia, peli nel letto. Uno accetterebbe queste problematiche se il costo fosse adeguato e la struttura non fosse tre stelle e invece il costo era comunque alto.

A due passi dal centro, ma c'è di meglio
Pros:

La camera e il bagno erano abbastanza puliti. Il letto comodo, la posizione, a due passi dalla stazione è ideale per chi deve fare una toccata e fuga in città.

Cons:

Il prezzo è molto alto per i servizi offerti e la zona non è molto sicura, soprattutto la sera.
La finestra della nostra camera era rotta, quindi non si poteva chiudere.
