Pros:

Posizione centrale, ottima.
Camera molto pulita con presenza di terrazzino che dà verso il cortile interno, infatti è silenzioso e non si sente il casino proveniente dalla strada principale.
La proprietaria è cordiale, disponibile e simpatica.

Cons:

La zona della reception è buia e angusta, con un forte odore di fumo che pervade il corridoio.
L'asciugacapelli in camera è piccolo e scomodo da usare.

La camera alle 12 come orario prestabilito non era pronta e non ci hanno avvisato, siamo dovuti tornare dopo un ora (ed avevamo pure chiesto la possibilità di fare prima il check in).

Posto favoloso, pulito e centrale
Pros:

La struttura è situata all’interno di un palazzo molto bello, lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. È situato a pochi passi dalla mole antonelliana o comunque dal centro in generale. Posto tranquillo e silenzioso, sicuramente consigliato

L’unico piccolo appunto è che i letti non erano molto comodi, i cuscini bassi…

Ottima soluzione per visitare il centro
Pros:

Stanza comoda e in posizione ottima, molto vicina al centro. Pulizia impeccabile e ambienti ordinati. Gli arredi sono semplici ma ben tenuti e funzionali. Soggiorno piacevole.

Muy contentos con la estadía. Aguante Argentina

Excelente todo, siendo de Argentina, el anfitrión nos buscó calentar agua para el mate en su dpto. Todo estuvo limpio, nada de ruido, ascensor, el baño perfecto, una presión de agua increíble. En el balcón hasta tomamos unas birras con picada. El anfitrión siempre estuvo predispuesto.

Cons:

Solo el colchón de la cama estaba duro y las almohadas muy chatas, pero no se puede satisfacer a todos de todos los países. Así que excelente igual.

La posizione vicinissima al centro di Torino.

Cons:

Fatico davvero a capire come questa struttura possa avere un buon punteggio su Booking. Definirlo hotel è già un’esagerazione.

Si trova al quarto piano di una palazzina vecchia e visibilmente trascurata, che già dall’esterno dà un’idea poco rassicurante. L’intero piano è stato riconvertito in modo piuttosto improvvisato: da una parte vive la proprietaria, dall’altra sono state ricavate alcune camere in affitto.

Appena entrati si viene accolti da un odore di fumo stagnante, davvero soffocante. Le camere sono in condizioni pessime: letti scomodi e sfondati, lenzuola vecchie e ingiallite, asciugamani ruvidi, scoloriti e chiaramente recuperati senza alcun criterio.

Il bagno, pur essendo stato rinnovato, è progettato malissimo: vasca senza box doccia, solo un doccino. Risultato? Ogni volta che ci si lava si allaga tutto.

Le pareti sono scrostate, la polvere è ovunque e l’odore generale è quello di un ambiente vecchio e trascurato.

Onestamente, trovare di peggio è difficile. Un’esperienza che sconsiglio senza alcun dubbio.
