Comfortable, secure, good value for money, very central location, excellent hosting
Pros:

The flat is comfortable- slept very well, the shower had good water pressure and was nice and hot. The location is very central and remarkably quiet considering where it is located. It is also secure. Terrance is great- he is so helpful, always available and very polite and friendly.

Cons:

The flat is fully equipped for self-catering- which I didn't use this time- but the items available might be a bit limited and some appliances are a bit old. The floors were very cold, so barefoot was not an option- but then it is the winter season, so I am sure in summer, it would actually be very refreshing :)

Such a lovely, convinient, clean place with great staff and reliable security.
Pros:

Stuff are welcoming, warm, helpful, fast and patient.
Venue is city Central but in a calm, restful environment . Rooms are sparkling clean with all gadgets working properly.

Cons:

Entrance to the apartment is a bit enclosed to the off road .

I good place to stay in CBD especially for long stays.
Pros:

The location is great at CBD close to all the offices and other eating places. The apartment was spacious and had all the needed facilities.
