The flat is comfortable- slept very well, the shower had good water pressure and was nice and hot. The location is very central and remarkably quiet considering where it is located. It is also secure. Terrance is great- he is so helpful, always available and very polite and friendly.
The flat is fully equipped for self-catering- which I didn't use this time- but the items available might be a bit limited and some appliances are a bit old. The floors were very cold, so barefoot was not an option- but then it is the winter season, so I am sure in summer, it would actually be very refreshing :)
