I enjoyed staying here. Hexham is an historic and interesting town.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

No car park but free parking in public car park. This did not bother me but if you were not fit or had lots of luggage you might be upset.

Another great break Hotel great, weather could have been better.

Stopped here many times, breakfast cooked to order just right. Staff always helpful and willing to give advice. Room warm and comfortable. Will be going back again 👍🍺

Lovely staff shout out to evett made us most welcome,even carried our cases up to room.beds were very comfortable.booked single room although small had everything you needed stayed in room 5.

Breakfast although a choice of cereals ,sausage on cooked breakfast wasent very good.but apart from that couldn't complain.waiting staff very good.

Great place for a tired traveler.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. Lily at the night desk made me a tostie because I arrived after the restaurant closed. She poured me a nice beer in the pub and had a pleasant chat. A wonderful person and the morning staff were also so friendly and cooked a nice English breakfast.

Cons:

No complaints, the hotel is old and shows it but all was super clean with a comfortable bed.

Pros:

Breakfast was acceptable, evening meal was good and p;lenty of choise, hotel was a wee bit tired and could have done with a spruce up but very comfortable, although the bed was wuite high and no chair in the bedroom
