A Wonderful Stay at KAIA Gallery Hotel!

We felt completely at home at the KAIA Gallery Hotel right from the very beginning.

The interior design of the hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally tasteful.

What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. While both of the team members were wonderfully helpful, we had a particularly special connection with Emily, who handled both our check-in and check-out. She is absolutely fantastic!

Another huge plus was the free bicycle rental service. It made getting into the city center quick, easy, and fun.

We highly recommend KAIA Gallery Hotel and would love to stay here again!

Pros:

落ち着いたエリアにあり、中心地に行くには徒歩15分前後歩きますが、街歩きをしたい私たちには良かったです。清潔で心地よいお部屋でした。レセプションの女性には、街のいろいろなジャンルのお勧めを教えてもらい、その1つだった観劇にものすごく感動しました。不在時に空港から届く荷物を代わりに受け取ってもらえたり、ランドリーサービスにすぐ対応してもらえたり、親切にしていただきました。

Hotel muy bonito, especial y con esencia. Lejos de lo masificado de otros hoteles de la zona. Servicio muy bueno, agradable y atento.

Cons:

Me pareció mas una posada que un hotel, no tienen servicio nocturno desde las 10 de la noche. Los desayunos me gustaría que fuesen estilo buffet y esta relativamente apartado del centro cosa que puede ser positiva y se valora no estar en el nucleo principal, pero los desplazamientos se pueden hacer algo tediosos.

部屋はとてもセンスの良いインテリアで清潔でした。毎日清掃していただき、リネンは2日に一度取り替えられました。オーナーやフロント、料理や清掃に入るスタッフ、みんなフレンドリーで親切で、自宅にいるかのように寛げます。特にフロントスタッフはとても優しく、声掛けをしてくれて安心できました。ホイアンのホテル全般に言えるかもしれませんが、シャンプー、ボディウォッシュはありますが、トリートメントはなかったので、気になる人は持参すると良いです。ホイアンにはドラッグストアやコンビニも無いため、必要なアメニティは準備しましょう。ホテルの朝食はとても美味しかったです。隣接しているブティックもとても素敵でハイセンスでした。旧市街までは徒歩で10分ですが、自転車を借りると時短です。アンバンビーチも自転車で20分、ロケーションの良いまた泊まりたいホテルです。

周辺に大きなビアガーデンがあり、夜の騒音があります。耳栓を持っていけば問題ないです。

We voelden ons echt ‘thuis’ in dit mooie hotel.
Pros:

Hele fijne locatie, net wat buiten het drukke centrum. Fietsen gratis te gebruiken. In 5 min fiets je naar t drukke centrum. En in 5/10 min ben je de drukte uit en zit je in de rijstvelden.
Heel mooi ingericht hotel, heel huiselijk. We hadden veel contact met Emily en Constance, zij hadden veel tips en konden veel regelen voor ons, als we dat wilden.
Heel fijn verblijf!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every single person was incredibly friendly, caring, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was truly exceptional. They happily arranged transportation, gave us great local recommendations, and helped organize tours, making everything so easy for us.

The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds, yet only a few minutes by bicycle from Hoi An Ancient Town. We loved being able to enjoy the quiet surroundings while still having easy access to everything.

The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning. Every detail has been carefully thought out, creating a beautiful boutique hotel with a relaxing Japanese-inspired style. The rooms are elegant, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a little sanctuary after a day of exploring.

If you appreciate beautiful design, outstanding hospitality, and a peaceful location, this is the place to stay. We cannot recommend Kaia Gallery Hotel highly enough and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!

What I loved most about every place we stayed in Vietnam was the incredible hospitality.

You almost don’t need a tour guide because your hosts take care of everything. They arrange private transport for you at very reasonable prices—often the same as Grab, and sometimes even cheaper. They’re always happy to answer your questions, help you plan your days, and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way.

They truly make you feel at home, and Emily was exceptional. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made our experience even more memorable. Vietnam’s hospitality is something I’ll never forg
