Pros:

Estaba bastante cerca de todo. La chica de recepción muy amable, aunque con poca flexibilidad.

Cons:

La moto que nos alquilaron era vieja e incómoda. No nos pusieron comodidades en la devolución de la misma.
La habitación bastante cutre, sobre todo el baño. El desayuno escaso en comparación con otros hoteles de la zona.

Hôtel moderne très bien agencé et propre- staff +++
Pros:

Cet hôtel est vraiment sympa et son personnel a-do-rable.
Très bien situé dans la vieille ville dans une rue calme. La chambre était très propre et bien agencée. Bonne insonorisation. En libre-service dans le lobby: café (du vrai café) pour faire son propre café vietnamien avec les instructions, eau à volonté ( Fontaine à osmose inverse). Ouvert 24/24.
Si je reviens à Hoi An c’est sûr que je choisirai cet établissement (j’en ai testé plusieurs dans la ville). Je recommande à 10000 %!

Perfect Budget Hotel in Hoi An
Pros:

I had the room in the picture. I was impressed by the decor, cleanliness, space and facilities. Great value for money. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was decent. Location was in a quiet location but literally 5 minutes walk to the ancient town. I would definitely return back. I loved everything about this hotel and the town. I wished I booked to stay longer. The vibes in the town were magical. The room was a joy everytime I returned for rest. I also left with custom made jacket and blazer from the attached Izi Tailor shop. Lan made it possible with her great help. Perfect experience all together.

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien situé : tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui est très pratique.

Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Ils m’ont même gentiment permis de recevoir un courrier urgent, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié.

Les chambres sont propres et la salle de bain est équipée d’une douche toute neuve, ce qui est très agréable.

L’hôtel dispose également d’un grand hall avec des tables, des toilettes et une douche accessibles après le check-out. C’est un vrai plus pour attendre son transport dans de bonnes conditions une fois la chambre rendue.

Nous avons aussi apprécié la fontaine à eau, qui permet de remplir facilement nos gourdes, un geste à la fois pratique et écologique.

Enfin, la petite attention avec le cadeau en argile remis lors de la remise des clés était adorable et a été très appréciée.

Cons:

Les chambres sont plus petites que ce que les photos laissent penser, et le lit est surtout assez petit. Mon compagnon mesure 1,87 m, et à deux nous étions un peu à l’étroit.

En revanche, nous avons été particulièrement déçus par le service de blanchisserie. Les vêtements semblaient encore sales à leur retour : j’ai dû en relaver certains à la main pour retirer des taches (comme du dentifrice) qui auraient normalement dû disparaître en machine. L’un de nos tee-shirts est également ressorti avec de nouvelles taches, ce qui est très décevant. De plus, tout le linge était extrêmement froissé.

Nous voyageons depuis plus d’un an et avons utilisé de nombreux services de blanchisserie au cours de notre voyage. Malheureusement, celui-ci est de loin le moins satisfaisant que nous ayons eu.

À mon avis, c’est le principal point à améliorer, car le rapport qualité-prix de la blanchisserie n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur.

Nhân viên lễ tân vô cùng nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Hotel ko có tv nên hơi buồn, mọi thứ dừng ở mức ổn chứ ko wow. Thang máy hotel dơ, khu vực gần thang máy cũng có mùi hôi khó chịu. Nhưng cái đó cũng ko quan trọng nên có thể bỏ qua vì phòng cũng trong tầm giá hợp lý. Bù lại nhân viên vô cùng nhiệt tình, vị trí hotel gần phố cổ.
