Die lage, der pakplatz, den wir schliesslich sogar reservieren konnten, geraeumiges zimmer.

Cons:

kleinere reparaturen sollten durchgefuehrt werden (duschschlauch, befestigung vorhaenge). Ablagefaecher oder mehr buegel im schrank waeren klasse.

Pros:

Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, verfügte außerdem auch noch über einen Balkon und war, da es zur Hinterseite des Gebäudes ausgerichtet war, ruhig. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Zu dem Personal kann ich nichts sagen, da keines vor Ort war.

In overall, I liked it but there is a room for improvement regarding the beds and pillows.
Pros:

It was very clean, quiet and nice.

Cons:

The beds were making noise when turning and floor as well when walking. So I was constantly worried about walking around in the room as it would be loud for someone who was in the room below mine. The pillows were too flat for my liking.

unkompliziert, sauber und schönes Viertel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist spitze, wenn man ins Weserstadion möchte. Das Bad war sehr schön groß, das Viertel ist sehr schön.
