Not worth the expense would suggest adding more money rather than choosing something like this to save cost

Cleanliness outside room and lobby

Cons:

The property looked clean from outside tough the room was slightly worn out the receptionist was very confused while accepting the booking even though we had already booked in advance plus he was not ready to listen even when we tried explaining our situation to him and how online bookings work.
Washbasin tap was too slow
Toilet jets didn’t work properly
No soaps were provided
Ac didn’t work as expected

Cons:

There was no lift facility. We had to climb 2 floors with our luggage. There was only a caretaker to take care of everything there and he was a nice person (Dayaram)but seemed totally helpless.
The location was in a dingy street and as a new person to indore, couldn't navigate without google map.

The only thing I liked that it was near to sarvate bus stand

Cons:

Except the above, the area is completely residential+ industrial
You won't get anything there to eat or an auto rickshaw. Also the interiors does not match with the pictures posted - don't make fool yourself.
The locality was also not giving very nice vibes in case you're returning in late night with your partner/family, you won't feel safe.
I accept it's comparitively cheaper but suggest to put 2-300 more and choose a better area. Don't go by the less distance.

We got upgraded room

Cons:

We got upgraded room because the actual rooms we booked for were not ready on time and also although upgraded room was good according the amount we paid for but the customer who will pay for that elite room will surely get dissapointed
