Pros:

Phòng ở trung tâm nên tiện cho việc đi lại. Anh chị chủ hotel cũng hỗ trợ nhiệt tình

Cons:

Có lẽ khách trước khi mình vào có sử dụng thuốc lá nên khi mình check in phòng còn ám mùi thuốc lá rất rõ. Mỗi khi bước vào phòng vẫn còn mùi thuốc lá lưu lại. Hotel nên bố trí thêm thơm phòng để khách hàng có trải nghiệm tốt hơn ạ

El personal el muy amable, nos ayudado muchísimo.
La habitación es grande, las camas son cómodas y tiene aire acondicionado. Hay ascensor.

Eine sehr nette und top gelegene Location. Man kann ja auch super Ausflüge oder Transfer buchen.
Pros:

Die Chefin persönlich am Empfang war sehr, sehr freundlich. Wir durften sogar am vor der Zeit einchecken: 10:30 Uhr am Vormittag. Weiter gab es jeden Tag frische Handtücher und eine Flasche Mineralwasser aufs Zimmer.. kann ich nur empfehlen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker..

L'accueil par Jenny qui est très professionnelle et super efficace pour reserver tout ce que l’on souhaite faire. Le surclassement pour la nuit supplémentaire, encore merci pour cela.

Cons:

la salle de bain vieillote et pas très propre. Le petit dejeuner dans l’entrée alors qu’un roof top existe mais la cuisine etant en bas cela se comprend.

Pros:

Staff were great and helped to organise transport/tours. Good location on lake with lovely views and an easy walk into Catba centre. Room clean with fresh towels. Loved the roof terrace for a great view of the lake and to relax in the evening. Overall a great stay

Cons:

The lake was a bit smelly in places, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again

Dobré ubytovani za dobre peníze
Pros:

Ubytování je čistě, s nádhernými výhledy, slušnou snídani a skvělými možnostmi - půjčení skútru a zařízení výletu. Recepční Jenny je velmi nápomocna a skvělá, zařídí vše potřebné a lze s ni komunikovat i přes WhatsApp.

Cons:

Lokace je diskutabilní, nám osobně se nelíbilo centrum města, kdy vše lokální je zničeno novou výstavbou, také je v městě obrovsky masový turismus kdy pláže jsou prakticky k nepoužití, jelikož se zde nachází spousty turistů, převážně asijských turistů. Příště bych asi volil jinou lokalitu. Taktez nám trochu vadilo, že nikdo, kromě Jenny, na hotelu neuměl prakticky anglicky a nikdo nebyl schopen nic zařídit bez Jenny. Dokonce jsme si museli s Jenny volat i v 9 večer, aby ona něco z domova zařídila jelikož recepční na místě to neuměl a nerozuměl nám ani slovo.

Всё понравилось, удобный просторный номер, есть всё для комфортного проживания , в отеле есть лифт, на крыше открытый лаундж с красивым видом на озеро, удобное расположение в шаговой доступности рестораны , кофейни, рынок, до центрального пляжа 15 минут пешком, радушный и отзывчивый персонал, отдельное спасибо Дженни, также в отеле могут организовать экскурсии.
