Hôtel plutôt bien situé, avec un personnel sympathique.
Il est possible de réserver directement auprès de l’établissement des excursions et des transports, ce qui est très pratique.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, les draps étaient vraiment sales. Nous avons demandé à les faire changer, mais la deuxième paire n’était malheureusement pas beaucoup plus propre que la première.
Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées : nous entendions facilement les voisins ainsi que la télévision, et les couloirs sont également très bruyants avec beaucoup de résonance.
Le petit-déjeuner manque aussi de choix, notamment parce qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un buffet.

Exactly what it says on the tin
Pros:

It was totally fine, everything that we needed was there exactly as expected. Jenny was very friendly and helpful, we could also book the day trip boat around Lan Ha bay from the hotel, which was great.

Cons:

Nothing wrong with this place!

La chambre était très agréable et propre. On a été très bien accueilli, nous avons pu avoir plein de conseils pour les visites, nous avons pu tout réserver via l'hôtel à des prix avantageux et en toute simplicité. Merci à Jenny qui a fait en sorte que tout se passe bien pour nous.

Very helpful host, very comfortable room, we really liked the roof terrace and the breakfasts were excellent. I left some clothes in the room by mistake and Jenny arranged for them to be given back to me at the ferry terminal on the mainland. She also rented us motorbikes and arranged our bus and cable car tickets to Hanoi

The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well cared for.
Jenny was a wonderful host very welcoming, helpful, and always available whenever needed.
Booking bay tours through the hotel was also very easy and convenient.
I would happily stay here again and strongly recommend Bao Phuc Hotel to anyone visiting Cat Ba!

Es war gut ausgestattet und Jenny sowie Personal waren sehr nett. Die Lage war perfekt - in weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum.

Leider war das Bettlaken und die Bettwäsche fleckig, was das Wohlgefühl etwas gesenkt hat.
