I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. Their positive attitude made my stay comfortable and enjoyable and the location too.
However, I would like to share a few concerns for improvement. The air conditioner was not cooling sufficiently, and the BLDC fan provided did not have a remote, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, instead of sealed mineral water bottles, water was provided in a glass bottle and mentioned as mineral water. As a customer, it is difficult to be fully confident about its quality without proper sealing.

I have never had such a terrible hotel experience.
Before I arrived in Cochi, my tour guide recommended this hotel to me and suggested booking a deluxe room. After booking it online, I told the hotel I wanted two single beds. The hotel replied saying it would cost extra, and I agreed to pay.
However, upon check-in, there was still only one bed. Communication was useless, and I had no choice but to give up.
The room was extremely small, the furniture seems like secondhand and the entire place was filled with a strong curry smell, so overpowering it made it hard to breathe.
They provided only one dirty bath towel for two people, no face towels, the electric kettle didn’t work, and the bedside plug was broken. And the fruit flies in the bathroom.
The breakfast was mediocre at best—the coffee and tea were both lukewarm.
And the most ridiculous part: when checking out in the morning, the hotel didn’t accept any credit cards, only Indian cards or cash. Unbelievable! How can a hotel in a tourist city not accept credit cards?
I have no idea how this hotel could possibly have five-star reviews. Definitely the most bizarre hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
I would not recommend this hotel to any international travellers.

Giving high pay for the rooms, atleast they can provide toothpaste and brush, we had to ask for it
