Had a splendid time in Kochin
Pros:

Smooth experience from check-in to check-out. The reception team Anumol was professional and friendly.
The Standard room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.
Great experience at the "Masala Restaurant". The food, ambience, and hospitality were all wonderful.
They even have 'sugar free' pastry. Taste awesome!
Our booking request for 1 large bed but unfortunately got 2 single bed.
Anyway, we got the large bed same morning maybe bcos we checked in mid-night/ morning 1am.
Staff did awesome job.

Cons:

none so far, would to see more no sugar added pastry

A pleasant and peaceful stay which promises the opportunity to relax and work
Pros:

I like the fact that Holiday Inn is a pretty comfortable space with access to all areas in Kochi. Moreover the warmth and hospitality of all the staff were impeccable and i would definitely chose holiday in for my further visits to Kochi.

Cons:

Theres nothing much to NOT like when it comes to Holiday Inn. you are confirmed to have a great stay and a great experience while you are with Holiday Inn, and it has been the same experience across all prioperties in India

Pleasant stay at a great location
Pros:

It was a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Cochin. The staff were courteous and the place accessible from major parts of the city. Overall, a great place for travellers.

Cons:

The cost of breakfast was slightly on the higher side, but the spread was massive. So the cost can be justified.
