It was decent
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

No hot water and toilet would not work correctly. The internet was bad, so could not watch TV.

que solo dejan una botella de agua el primer dia lo siguientes dias si te quedas mas 3 dias ya no ponen agua para tomar

Cuando se va por trabajo, un escritorio es necesario, la habitación que me dieron no tenía escritorio y fue muy incómodo trabajar los 2 días que estuve ahí.

Modern clean rooms and friendly hosts with smiles
Pros:

I arrived late evening. Wilbur was on the front desk and checked me in easily. He helped me with the WiFi password and the WiFi was excellent. Every person made me feel welcome with smiles. The señoritas Elvira and Coleta, housekeeping were sweet asked repeatedly if I needed anything. Alejandra, daytime reception was equally attentive to me and other guests. They were all wonderful hosts. There were three plazas in centro, and this hotel looks over one of them. Everything in easy walking distance. I will look forward to returning.
