Pros:

El personal muy amable y accesible.
Sólo faltaban toallas ya que reservé para 4 personas y una bebé y sólo había dos toallas de baño.

Cons:

Falta un refrigerador mini en la habitación ya que el clima ahí es muy cálido y hasta el agua de beber se pone tibia.

Tranquila y cómoda
Pros:

No hay restaurante y para desayunos hace mucha falta, pero no hubo engaño porque ya sabíamos, la habitación muy comoda, pequeña pero no hace falta m´ças, tiene todos los servicios y moderna.

It was decent
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and attentive.

Cons:

No hot water and toilet would not work correctly. The internet was bad, so could not watch TV.

Super las intalaciones y el servicio muy bueno si lo recomendaria

Cons:

que solo dejan una botella de agua el primer dia lo siguientes dias si te quedas mas 3 dias ya no ponen agua para tomar

Limpio pero necesita escritorio y servicios de comedor

Limpieza de la habitación

Cons:

Cuando se va por trabajo, un escritorio es necesario, la habitación que me dieron no tenía escritorio y fue muy incómodo trabajar los 2 días que estuve ahí.

Lugar adecuado para descansar y conocer Colima
Pros:

La limpieza de las habitaciones y del hote, el servicio de cafe que tienen en la mañana y la ubicación, esta en el centro de la ciudad
