Hotel na dobrém místě, bohužel s nevyhovujícím zařízením
Pros:

Bohužel musím konstatovat, že to bylo nejhorší ubytování na naší cestě celým Polskem. Staré vybavení hotelu možná ještě z dob aktivní hornické činnosti v oblasti. Proležené matrace, rozvrzaná postel, proražený stůl a téměř upadlý držák na ručníky hovoří za vše. Možná by měli zaměstnat údržbáře. Snídaně v naprosto ponuré, černě vymalované jídelně s personálem, který ani nepozdraví mě už jen dorazila. Sem už nikdy více. Škoda.

Wonderful and comfortable
Pros:

The location was perfect. Plenty venues around for food pastries drinks etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable

Pros:

Obsługa i recepcja bardzo mila i pomocna, chętna do rozmowy. Pani odpowiedzialna za śniadania również, zrobiła extra jajecznicę ze szczypiorkiem mojemu synowi.

Cons:

Na czwartym piętrze tam gdzie mieliśmy pokoj strasznie śmierdzi azjatyckim jedzeniem, nie wiem czy tam pracownicy zagraniczni maja jakąś kuchnie swoja ale wchodzi zapach do pokoju i jest naprawde zle. Łazienka z opadającym tynkiem dziurami I plamami. Ogólnie retro, jedyny plus to Panie i obsluga.

Ostrzegam przed tym hotelem!

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji , brud , woda z ruchomego kranu ledwie leci a słuchawka prysznica zagrzybiona ! W upale 35 stopni C nie ma wiatraka , a jak otworzysz okno to noc spędzasz z samochodami na skrzyżowaniu! Nie wiedziałem , że w Polsce są jeszcze tak brudne hotele , ze śniadaniem , którego strach jeść ! Ten hotel nie powinien być w bookingu , bo jako stały klient jestem zaskoczony , że coś takiego macie w ofercie!!!
