Fantastic choice for Shala River tour
Pros:

Rooms are simple, a little balcony adds to it. The owner is lovely and has volunteers helping her. The hi light is being able to sit on the very comfortable sun-beds right by the river. Basic food available. Simple breakfast. Shala tours arranged.

Pros:

Mooie locatie, prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon restaurant. Personeel was vriendelijk. Airco. Tip: tegenover zit een leuke bar waar je met zitzakken aan het water kunt zitten!

Cons:

Kussens waren vrij hard, de kamers waren vrij eenvoudig en niet extreem hygiënisch. ‘s avonds was er een groep over die tot 22:30 in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte veel geluid maakten met zingen/klappen. Ontbijt is beperkt en simpel.

Just wonderfull
Pros:

The villa with history and the staff with great sincerity, warmth, and helpfulness. And the surroundings were just an oasis of peace, such a great place to relax.

The room was clean, spacious, and very cozy.

There was a private entrance to the lake with sunbeds and umbrellas, and they also had an 8-ball pool and board games, as well as offering kayak rentals. All in all, it was a wonderful stay — I hope to come back again someday!
