الفندق جيد ولكن مستوى الفخامة والخدمات لا يرتقي لأن يكون فندق 4 نجوم

للاسف تم طلب سرير اطفال وتم توفير سرير بدون مرتبة والاستقبال يقول الفندق كامل مافيه مراتب لأسرة الاطفال !!!! كذلك تعامل واخلاق موظفين الاستقبال وخصوصاً العامل الي يداوم بالليل تحتاج الى احترافيه اكثر
