Hotel Feedback

Unfortunately, my experience with the café staff was not good. I did not feel respected or treated properly as a hotel guest. The way some of the staff interacted with guests was unprofessional and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel.

I hope management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the staff’s attitude and customer service.
