Relaxation parfaite

J'ai aimé la sécurité enfants avec une protection vitre sur le balcon, l'accès à la plage direct, le lit, la propreté de la chambre et l'espace, le personnel souriant.

Fantastiskt hotell
Pros:

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet! Hotellet har en mysig och annorlunda känsla, och läget precis vid stranden gör det ännu bättre.
Allt var väldigt rent och rummen städades noggrant varje dag. Personalen var alltid trevlig, hjälpsam och välkomnande. Ett extra stort tack till städpersonalen som gjorde ett riktigt bra jobb.
Solstolar och parasoll på stranden ingår utan extra kostnad, vilket var ett stort plus. Hotellet har dessutom tre fina pooler där man kan koppla av.
Frukosten var riktigt god med ett stort utbud av mat. Personalen i restaurangen såg hela tiden till att fylla på allt som tog slut.
Santorini är en fantastisk ö med en unik charm och en helt speciell atmosfär.
Jag kan varmt rekommendera både hotellet och ön. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Cons:

Det enda som kunde varit bättre var Wi-Fi. Det var väldigt dåligt och fungerade nästan inte alls.

Santorini è meravigliosa e il soggiorno presso Afroditi Venus Beach Resort è stato davvero piacevole

La struttura è veramente carina e tenuta bene. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione dato che si trova a Kamari sul mare e mette a disposizione gratuitamente lettini e ombrelloni dello stabilimento e teli mare per gli ospiti dell’hotel. I receptionist sono tutti estremamente gentili e super disponibili. In particolare vogliamo citare il ragazzo, di cui non ricordiamo il nome, che ci ha accolto all’arrivo e al quale abbiamo chiesto numerose informazioni, ci era davvero tanto simpatico e vorremmo citare anche una ragazza, che oltretutto parla anche italiano, che ci ha assistito alla fine del soggiorno risolvendoci un piccolo problema sul ritardo di un trasporto privato che ci avevano prenotato facendo arrivare un’altra macchina puntuale.

Cons:

L’unica nota dolente era il letto poiché il materasso era davvero scomodo. La situazione è poi un po’ migliorata dopo aver chiesto di poter mettere un topper sul materasso che è stato fatto posizionare subito.

Cualquiera puede entrar en ese hotel, la puerta que da al paseo marítimo está siempre abierta, y nadie controla nada. Cualquiera q no se aloje en el hotel puede entrar a bañarse, o a desayunar, ya que en el buffet tampoco piden número de habitación ni nada. En las habitaciones que están en el túnel de paso se escucha todo el día gente pasando, por el día da igual, pero por la noche no se puede dormir. Igual que las hamacas de la playa, hay gente que no se aloja en el hotel y las utiliza, xq nadie controla nada. Encima de que hay pocas hamacas...

Find a different hotel!

The beach.

When I reported to reception that an expensive item had gone missing from our room, staff refused to document my complaint, refused to contact a manager despite repeated requests, and ended a phone call by hanging up on me mid-sentence. I was told nothing would be done unless I went to the police myself, which I did, without any help from the hotel. The theft is on record with the Hellenic Police (case 1052/3/622).

At the desk, I was offered no apology, empathy, or assistance.

In later written correspondence, the hotel said no evidence had been found, that GDPR prevented them from sharing employee information, and that no CCTV covers the guest-room corridors. They asserted that "this kind of incident does not happen" here even though I was reporting precisely such an incident. They never acknowledged how poorly my complaint had been handled.

To be clear, I am not accusing any individual of taking my property. My review is about the response. A professional hotel documents the complaint, involves management immediately, helps the guest contact the authorities, and treats the guest with courtesy. None of that happened.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Whatever the fate of the missing item, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service after I reported it was among the worst I've experienced anywhere. If something goes wrong during your stay, be aware you may be left to handle it entirely on your own.

Excelente.
Pros:

Desayuno correcto. Piscinas muy lindas. Frente a la playa y con servicio de reposeras y sombra. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de parada de ómnibus, y con restaurantes, mercados y comercios muy cerca. El personal de recepción excelente. Personal de limpieza excelente. Personal que lleva las maletas y orienta al huésped, también excelente.

Cons:

Podría agregarse algún estante para dejar la ropa con mayor comodidad, o algún cajón (no hay ninguno!). La mampara del baño sería más cómoda si fuera entera (con media mampara se moja el piso).
