La localisation

Cons:

La réceptionniste bien qu’avertie de notre arrivée tardive dormait et s’est contenté de donner la clé et indiquer le numéro de chambre sans pour autant nous guider ou assister ni jamais vérifier les papiers d’identité. Réservation payée pour 3 personnes (2 adultes et 1 enfant) et il y avait un seul lit un 140 sans lit d’appoint. Au moment du Check out toujours la même personne qui s’est contenté de récupérer la clé pas un sourire rien. Pour un 4 étoiles c’est hyper médiocre. Heureusement il ne s’agissait que d’un hôtel de transition.

Chambre familiale inacceptable
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel
La piscine extérieure et intérieure
La salle de jeux pour les enfants et adultes
L’emplacement à 2 min à pied de Kamari

Cons:

Hôtel 4 étoiles mais la chambre FAMILIALE laisse à désirer (ancienne chambre du personnel ???) :
- sous l’hôtel,
- vue sur un bâtiment désaffecté,
- climatisation ancienne qui refroidit guère,
- chambre louée pour 5 personnes (2 grands lits et 1 lit 1 place) avec une cuisine sans ustensiles et vaisselle plus qu’incomplète 3 verres, pas d’assiettes, qq assiettes en carton, pas assez de couverts
- sans aucune prestation digne des hôtels 4 étoiles (pas de cafetière ou bouilloire, …)
- la chambre donne sur la salle de jeux (bruits si vos enfants ne vont pas y jouer)
- literie très moyenne
- parking sur un terrain vague

Franchement MAUVAIS RAPPORT QUALITÉ PRIX pour cette chambre là ! Les autres semblaient mieux enfin je l’espère !

Bizarrement, le réceptionniste ne m’a pas demandé comment s’était passé notre séjour !!!

Lugnt, trevlig personal. Nära till stranden och restaurangerna. Enkelt att ta sig till Fira med buss.

Cons:

Att det låg på en kulle. Så man fick en uppförsbacke att gå hem för. Men så mysig utsikt. Värt det helt klart.

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione, 24 ore!!! camere grandi e pulite, piscina a disposizione con teli bagno. Le camere sono dotate anche di asse e ferro da stiro.

Cons:

I servizi descritti dall' host non erano del tutto corretti....non vi è una spiaggia attrezzata con lettini e teli spugna, il tutto è limitato alla piscina.

I stayed in shape walking to and from my room.
Pros:

The view was nice. Breakfast was good. The front desk guy was awesome.

Cons:

The long tall hill with no safe walkways to get there. My sister and her friend refused to leave after the third day because the hill was so steep and hard to climb to get there. My son and his girlfriend had 86 stairs to climb to get to and from their room. Only one small elevator to the 2nd floor, or down to the breakfast room, after that the place is a maze and lots of stairs.
