Toller Anfang, schreckliches Ende, nie wieder!

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und wirklich schön gelegen. Ein tolles Anwesen mit liebevoller Ausstattung. Ich muss sagen, dies ist eines der Hotels wo man sagt, da geh ich häufiger hin. Das hat sich leider für mich total zerschlagen:

Mir ist ein Becher mit Kaffee aus der zimmereigenen Kaffeemaschine umgefallen und es hat einen Fleck auf dem Teppich verursacht. Dies habe ich sofort gemeldet, damit es schnell gereinigt werden kann, zuhause ist das ja auch kein Problem. Hier schon: 400Euro soll ich für ausgelaufenen Kaffee zahlen. Ich bin jede 2. Woche in Kassel, in dem Hotel sicher nicht mehr. Wer so wie ich morgens tollpatschig ist, für den ist dieses Hotel sicher nichts.

Avslappende i fantastiske omgivelser, god mat og trivelig personalet.
Pros:

Stille og rolig. Meget trivelig personalet. Godt tilrettelagt for hund. Fikk også ladet bilen. Nydelig frokost, hvor man kan bestille det man ønsker. Vel verdt å kjøre noen ekstra kilometer for å oppleve.

La struttura ci è piaciuta molto, la stanza grande, pulita e con personalità. Sempre bello trovare il pet-kit di benvenuto quando viaggi con il tuo cane. Bellissimo il verde che circonda la struttura. Siamo una famiglia vegana ed avevamo chiesto una colazione vegana che ha superato le nostre aspettative. La sala colazione/ristorane molto bella. Lo staff molto accogliente e gentile. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Located in beautiful and quiet middle of the forest. The staff were very friendly and competent. An exquisite breakfast served at the table. You can order eggs any way you like! Easy on-site parking. We had both lunch and dinner at the restaurant which was beautifully decorated with great quality of the food! Truly prepared with love and finesse.

No air-condition in the room. A suggestion, perhaps arrange fans in the rooms during summer in the future.
There was no working extractor fan in the windowless bathroom, so the room got very steamy when the shower was used.

Es liegt mitten im Wald ,traumhaft vom Hotel kann Mann direkt schöne Spaziergänge machen

Wir waren vor 6 Jahren schon mal dort , da war es schon toll , nach der Renovierung einfach nur Wow .

Pros:

Tolles Waldhotel, sehr gepflegt und großzügig. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und immer daran orientiert, Nachfragen zu beantworten und "Sonderwünschen" zu entsprechen. Tolles Frühstück.

Ligging in mooie rustige groene omgeving met bossen. Goede keuken en vriendelijk personeel. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid. Zeer ruime schone kamer met goede voorzieningen. Je kunt direct vanuit hotel gaan wandelen of fietsen in de natuur.
