La ubicación.

Cons:

En la reservaron solicite una habitación en planta baja por que soy un paciente con cancer y no puedo hacer esfuerzos. No tienen rampa para discapacitados,y mi sorpresa es que me querían dar una " sin remodelar" y no se en que condiciones, me dijeron que mi habitación está en segundo piso, no cuenta con elevador, la chica de recepción muy déspota, ojalá nunca le toque vivir algo así, ofrece estacionamiento y resulta que el estacionamiento es aparte 200 pesos según por que tiene convenio y no veo cual. Muy mala atención de la señorita wera. El Internet falla mucho.

Almost was kidnapped. People entered the room with force

It’s centrally located but right in a weird corner. There’s so many other better options nearby

Cons:

My wife almost got kidnapped. Two people entered our room with force while I was downstairs and my wife was in the room alone. My wife was able to call me and I ran back up and confronted the people. We called the police. The hotel was no help though and didn’t want to share any camera footage with the police. I think they were in on the kidnapping scheme. I would book anywhere else but this hotel. Not safe at all. I called a few times and nobody refunded my stay. This happened in the middle of the day also.

Bueno y malo
Cons:

Hay que subir 3 niveles en GRADAS, no hay ascensor. La recepción es muy fea y la habitación no tiene salida al exterior como las de la foto. Sin embargo está bien en sábanas, almohadas, baños , agua caliente no falla y el personal muy atento y con excelente actitud.
La relación calidad precio es buena. La ubicación inmejorable !

PESIMO LUGAR PARA LLEGAR, NO LO RECOMIENDO

La ubicacion es lo unico bueno

Cons:

Teniendo una ubicacion privilegiada y no hay agua caliente, no hay conexion WIFI (el personal lo sabe y aun asi venden el alojamiento), tienen un tranformador de 35,000 volts en la azotea que no deja dormir, humedad en pasillo, cables UTP de red estan expustos desde la recepcion del lugar, hay plafones que no tienen tapa y la tuberia se observa, la azotea es un asco esta llena de basura. El gerente nunca se presenta a trabajar se le mandan mensajes y llamadas y no se le localiza; y el personal que esta en recepcion no tiene la capacitacion necesaria para resolver ningun tipo de situacion.

Noisy weekends and no flexibility from hotel

The staff were very kind and pleasant.

Cons:

Good location near the boardwalk, but very poor for rest. I stayed from Friday to Sunday, and both nights there was loud street music from 8 p.m. until sunrise.

I understand this is not entirely the hotel’s fault, but they should warn guests since this happens every weekend.

I requested to cancel Saturday night due to the noise, but no solution or refund was offered, which negatively impacted my experience.
