Very disappointing service. The reception staff were unfriendly and showed no interest in helping guests. We were given a room key that did not work, so after climbing to the 4th floor with our luggage, we had to go all the way back down. Despite it being their mistake, no apology was offered. We expected much better hospitality. they did not provide any information or recommendations, not even the breakfast hours.

Lovely hotel that exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Also there were a free coffee machine, free juice machine and some free croissants for the hostages.
