Pros:

We didn't even get to stay as they had no reference of our booking from BKG.com.

Cons:

We sat for nearly 2hrs in very hot conditions while the person on attendance at the hotel tried to sort the problem. We had no communication from him even after asking thru WhatsApp to talk to him. In the end we got a message saying that BKG.com would refund our booking which we have proof and to contact them for alternative accommodation. Yeah right ever tried to communicate with BKG.com the reply comes back "We will forward request and a representative will contact you within 24hrs" well that never happened took days before we heard anything. Still no resolution to our problem.
We found our own accommodation in the end. I have used BKG.com many times now but in future will look at alternative booking sites or go direct to accommodation if some sort of resolution or credit not forthcoming.
So in all not very happy.

Cómodo, ubicación correcta pero sabiendo el barrio que es.

Cómodo y bastante cerca del centro de Lisboa. Buena conexión si queréis ir en metro y para la zona q es es silencioso. Éramos tres personas, la habitación amplia y luminosa. Cómoda además

Cons:

Si q es verdad q el barrio no es el mejor pero está muy cerca del centro. El tema de las taquillas para las maletas por si llegas antes de que tu habitación esté disponible o regreses más tarde de las 12:00 (check out), deja mucho q desear. Hay muy pocas taquillas y siempre están ocupadas además con los mismos candados. Te cuesta en el hotel un candado 10 € (pero puedes comprar uno mas cerca fuera)

Muy cómodo tanto el checkin como el checkout y el servicio de poder dejar el equipaje tanto antes como después. La habitación muy amplia y limpia y bien equipada. Muy silencioso y cómodo.

Cons:

La localización es céntrica pero está un poco a las afueras.

Localisation parfaite, très proche du centre et du métro. Personnel très agréable et réactif

Pros:

L’emplacement ne nous a pas vraiment séduits, mais le logement reste proche de tout, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Il n'a a pas de bruit.

Tout est également très bien expliqué pour récupérer et rendre la carte, accéder au logement avec le code d’entrée, ainsi que pour laisser ses affaires dans les casiers.

Cons:

Le concept ne correspond pas vraiment à celui d’un hôtel classique : le personnel est très peu présent, voire pas visible du tout. La chambre manquait aussi de chaleur et de personnalité, avec une décoration assez impersonnelle.

Autre point décevant : l’absence totale de lumière naturelle dans la chambre, alors que les photos laissaient penser le contraire.
