Lovely comfortable hotel , felt like there needed to be more of a management presence .
Pros:

Great location , lovely clean spacious bedroom .

Cons:

Felt price was at the high end just for accommodation and a breakfast would have been a good offer .

As usual a great stay at a great hotel just outside lovely Ludlow
Pros:

We like this hotel, and have stayed several times - and will come again.
Location is convenient for us, the room are large / spacious - with easy access / parking

Cons:

Restaurant is closed on a Sunday evening. This means a trip into Ludlow to eat.

Very expensive not worth the money.
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and had a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Room was very expensive and price didn't include breakfast. No air con so it was very warm. Too warm to sleep and not even a free complimentary bottle of water.

Delightful.
Pros:

Loved the Clive, the bar areas, the beautiful room and the wonderfully thoughtful and helpful staff and the food. We hope to return soon!

Cons:

One tiny, tiny niggle: location of mobile charge points a long way from the beds. Tiny in view of the perfection of our stay.
