Everything was exceptional 👌, the place i was looking forward to visit especially the location it was easy for me to do my errands in the cbd.The staff was good.Not to forget my room was clean.

All in all, I liked the hotel and the parking was efficient
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic.
The Ox-tail I had for dinner was amazing.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals were generally okay but I felt a bit expensive.

Cons:

The bathroom fan was noisy, the door didn't lock when using the latch inside. The surrounding noise from outside was unbearable and had to move rooms.

Pros:

The hotel was mostly clean and tidy.
Staff was pretty friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is way overpriced for what you are getting.
Food and drinks are really expensive for the quality.
Gym is basically non existent and a real problem as I stayed for almost 2 weeks.
We had multiple people join the stay in the time I was there and twice I arranged for a shuttle from the airport it was late.

Pros:

Amazing staff - very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location for my needs was excellent. Bonus for the off-street parking, the help from the staff getting smaller Kwacha notes, and the Kariba bream and Nshima meal from the restaurant.
