The B Hotel Alabang

Celebrated my birthday there with family and enjoyed it so much. Francine was very attentive to our needs making the event flow smooth. She even anticipated needs. JP and Eduardo were also helpful.

I stayed overnight last week, and the staff service was excellent—especially the front office, the concierge team (Teejay, Christian, and Bryan), and the F&B staff (Joshua). I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at B Hotel from July 5–6, 2026 as we celebrated our daughter Mica's graduation. It was a memorable occasion made even more special by the warm hospitality and excellent service we received.

I recently held my event this June and I had a great experience at B Hotel Alabang! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our event smooth and enjoyable. Special thanks to Sir Mark for assisting me in the preparation of my event. The employees were extremely accommodating and super helpful when I needed to extend my stay.

We arrived early like 12:30pm and we didn’t expect that our room is READY. I told the agent that I will register since the check in time is at 2pm. Luckily, our room got ready at that time. Thanks to Janina, who assisted me. She was so nice, beautiful and knowledgable. Plus, the birthday set up from the hotel. Thank you so much for the birthday set up even my birthday was last june 3. All in all 10/10 we’ll be back again!

My partner and I recently stayed here for two weeks, and we can confidently say it is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The location in the Alabang area is absolutely excellent, making it incredibly convenient whether you are there for business or leisure. To make things even better, the hotel provides a complimentary transportation service to selected nearby shopping malls, schools, and churches, which made getting around entirely stress-free.
A few highlights from our 14-day stay:
The Food: The daily breakfast buffet is simply sumptuous, offering a fantastic variety of high-quality dishes to start the day right.
The Laundry Perks: As long-term guests, we deeply appreciated the complimentary daily dry cleaning/laundry service for 3 pieces of clothing. On top of that, they offer free use of a private, fully air-conditioned laundry room (by appointment) equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and complimentary detergent and fabric conditioner. It’s a brilliant, thoughtful amenity.
The Service: What truly sets this property apart is its unmatched customer service. From the General Manager and the front desk team to the restaurant staff, room service, and the security guards—everyone was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive.
During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with the water system, but the management and engineering teams addressed and resolved it immediately. Their swift, hassle-free response only further proved their commitment to guest satisfaction.
If you are looking for top-tier hospitality, fantastic amenities, and a perfect location in Alabang, look no further. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back!
