It was set up lovely but needs things in the unit need to be replaced to keep its reputation.

The location was great right in front of SM MOA.

Cons:

AC in the 8pax bedroom was not working we had to keep the door open so AC from Living room can be felt to the bedroom. sleeping was very comfortable due to that. Bench rattan in the balcony was to fragile and broken no one can sit down cause it will collapse. 3 pax unit was fine.
