Good service
Room was clean and easy to reach around.
When I first landed in Manila, it was 3 AM. I arrived at the hotel around 5:30 AM. I knew my check-in time was normally 8 AM or 9 AM, so I wanted to try my luck. The guy handling reservations told me my room wasn't ready and wouldn't be available before 2 PM. But he said he had a room available if I upgraded, and I accepted. He took 800 pesos for the upgrade fee, 375 pesos for the early check-in fee, and 2000 pesos for the bond. When I checked out, there was another woman there. I was planning to give her my bond receipt and get my bond back, but the guy told me that I hadn't paid the extra charges, that they had charged the hotel and other expenses through the bond, and that I couldn't get my bond back. We argued for an hour, and finally, after a few calls, I was able to get my bond back. However, the staff's shortcomings and lack of professionalism were disappointing. I don't recommend it. You can find much better places for the same price.
You have to be prepared to pay a deposit of 2000 for the room... The hotel is old and in a bad location... The staff is only interested in extracting money from foreigners...
The location of RedDoorz Plus at La Belle Residences is convenient, which is the only positive aspect of this property. Communication was nonexistent, check-in was delayed by over an hour, and basic amenities like towels, blankets, and air conditioning were poorly managed. The room was misleadingly advertised, with no sofa bed, no chairs, and no dining table, making the stay very disappointing.
We recently stayed at RedDoorz Plus at La Belle Residences, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
Communication was extremely poor from the start. Once the booking was confirmed, the establishment did not respond to any of our messages. Even when Booking.com tried to contact them on our behalf, there was no response, making it very difficult for us to clarify important details ahead of arrival.
Upon check-in, the situation worsened. Early check-in was not accommodated, which we understand, but the actual check-in time was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes beyond the stated time. This caused significant inconvenience after a long journey.
Basic amenities were also not ready. Towels and blankets were only provided at 6:00 PM, which is unacceptable for a booked and confirmed room.
Additionally, the air conditioning in the lounge area was not working, making the space uncomfortable, especially given the local climate. There were also no chairs or dining table and chairs, making it difficult to use the room comfortably for basic needs.
Most disappointing was the inaccurate room advertisement. We booked a Deluxe room expecting a sofa bed as advertised; however, there was no sofa bed—only a standard sofa, which did not meet the description or accommodate our needs.
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations due to poor communication, delays, lack of preparedness, misleading room information, and insufficient basic furnishings. We would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
I like your good accommodation, friendly staff.
Poor wifi, lack of things sample the pillow, blanket and broken things like aircon

Cheap and clean
Bed was very comfortable and clean
Was quite run down, doesn't look like the pictures. Got a fine of 5,000 pesos for smoking in the room which I dodnt do. And reception staff were quite rude
The location was good for me, because it's near an office where I had a meeting. Apart from this, there is nothing good about this hotel.
Torn wallpaper, non-working fridge, non-working air conditioner, uncomfortable bed and pillow. Only 1 towel, and you need to beg the reception staff to clean the room. The staff either doesn't understand their roles, or pretends not to understand. They told me I had to request for the room to be made up every day. When I requested for the room to be made up, they asked me, what exactly I wanted them to do. I had to talk to them like to little kids: "you change the towel, you clear the bin". When I was back, they made up the room, but took the toilet paper away. I had to go down to the reception and ask for toilet paper. Next day same ritual, only there was no towel in the room. I had to go down to the reception and ask for a towel. They told me the towels were in the laundry. I asked them, what time will I get a towel? They went to the laundry and brought a towel immediately. Just being lazy or negligent, I guess. Then there is this ritual to "check the room" after you check out. Low trust issues.
