From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the accommodations house rules do not permit:
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the premise
- Bringing explosive and flammable materials, e.g. weapons and chemicals.
- Bringing strong smelling food such as durian, Mangosteen etc.

Definitely will recommend this hotel to my contact so they can experienced the same thing.
Pros:

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The room is also fragrant. There is a qiblat direction and prayer mat is also provided for Muslim residents. They also provide buggy to bring customer from parking lot to hotel lobby. Its good for old people as they don't have to walk then.

Cons:

Nothing, all good and meet the price given.

Will return again when i visit Malacca and also recommend friends.
Pros:

The overall design of the room - colour , space planning, lighting and the bathroom provided a very restful and comfortable stay for us. The buggy service that bring us to the carpark is an excellent idea.

Cons:

Paint work that came off the wooden claddings in the room and lift, and corridor ought to be touched up as it is quite unsightly.

Not really meet our expectation. bit disappointed.
Pros:

The facilties is quite old and need to improve....bath tub not really clean..
Car park entrance too narrow.....
not really like it, will not go for second visit!

Cons:

Good hospitality but need to improve the conditions of the rooms

Cons:

I've been here for several times, whenever I came to Malacca. However, I noticed the conditions of the room and facilities (e.g Lift) is getting older. For room, the ceiling was moldy due to water leakage, found used toothbrush in bathroom after check-in on the shower gel tray (the cleaning wasn't done properly), I wasn't sure are they providing toiletries but at the time I check-in there ain't any, but luckily I used to bring my own so it wasn't a big issue for me. The bathtub hot water was inconsistent, I couldn't enjoy hot water in bathtub as the water turning cold very quickly when the tub water not even half full yet.

They provided coffee maker in the room with capsules but no sugar and milk even when we asked for it.

Extremely disappointed!

Cons:

The conditions provided at the property varied from the photos shown. Furnitures at facility are old: squeaking beds, average sound proof (noise from street, since the property is next to roadside), mouldy bathroom and shower area, rusted sink cupboard.

The pool is not swim-able, given the size.

With the price paid and the stars given of this property, i strongly feel that i deserve more!
