Kamer was groot vier zwembaden wel top.
Pros:

Personeel en eten bij poolrestaurant waren top.
Personeel bij grote buffetzaal onbeschoft onaardig. Ze hebben veel aandacht voor mensen die blijkbaar tippen. Personeel vergeet dat de gewone gasten die de kamers betalen ook hun salaris betaald.

Jammer dat in heel het zuiden van Tunisie s avonds het licht uit viel. Gelukkig was er wel water.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer : durant mes 5 nuits sur place, le ménage de la chambre n’a été effectué que deux fois. J’ai même dû faire une partie du nettoyage moi-même.

J’ai également rencontré plusieurs problèmes techniques, notamment des fuites d’eau et l’absence d’eau chaude. Malgré plusieurs signalements à la réception, l’intervention n’a eu lieu qu’au bout de 3 jours.

La nourriture proposée par l’hôtel était de très mauvaise qualité. De plus, j’ai constaté la présence de nombreuses fourmis dans la chambre, ce qui est inacceptable.

Concernant le personnel, la plupart des employés ne sont ni à l’écoute ni accueillants. Enfin, nous avons dû attendre près de 5 heures avant d’obtenir notre chambre à notre arrivée.

Au vu de tous ces problèmes, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. À éviter.
