Location
Old property
Not much maintenance
Check in was smooth. Location is not far from airport especially on a late night flight.
One room smelled of smoke. I had to switch to another room. No separate shower area. Shower, toilet, sink all in the same area. Although the room looked clean on the surface, it wasn’t really. I felt like a deep clean on the room was needed. Not sure how long ago the air conditioning had been serviced. Although it cooled well, it felt like it had not been cleaned in a while, giving a bit of a bad aroma.
Nothing
Nothing in your property is good no hot water , arrogant staff, totally mismanaged property, customer has no option other than waste his money with you guys
Персонал пытался помочь
Душно, в номерах неприятный запах, очень простые номера, не чистая пастель
In general the hotel was ok however, the bed was very sub par quality. The bed was too low, the mattress was too hard and skinny, very old and the mattress cover was torn and not worth the price. If the bed is changed to a nice modern mattress with proper height and bedding, the hotel will be acceptable.
Only location
Room Bed condition and other cleanliness, Bath room water stagnation and high price room for small area and cheating mentality of Reception staff. Totally disappointing
Location
Very Dirty
Polite staff, ready to help. Location
Room interiors needs to be fresh n up
Dusty smells , could be the valuation system and central airconditioning filter need cleaning
Location, good value for money, all staff are very nice , welcoming receptionist , also arrange my taxi for airport
