An option when you dont have any other...
Pros:

Supportive staff.
Room service and kitchen staff deserve appreciation

Cons:

It's not a value for money option. Very old building and facilities.
Rooms are very small, and toilets also same. Even you can't sit properly on European closet.
At least they have to replace the old-fashioned metal grill type manual gate for the elevator. It's not safe for kids and adults
