Pros:

Comfortable room in a quiet location. Conveniently near the Englischer Garten. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Be aware that there is no check-in after 10pm which prevented me from staying 2 nights as my flight on the first day was due to land at 9pm, which made it too risky. Breakfast is quite expensive at 18 euros.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage erfordert wegen der Enge ein wenig Fahrkünste, ist aber wegen der Parksituation im Nahbereich hilfreich.

Large room with a sofa and a small fridge and a balcony. The location is good for catching bus 59. You must walk 10 minutes into swabbing for a restaurant. The restaurant next door is great

Cons:

The toilet plugged up. One could not shower without getting water all over the floor.

Lage direkt am Englischen Garten. Schönes Badezimmer.

Cons:

Zimmereinrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets verbesserungswürdig. Extrem enge Tiefgarage. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte (aber wohl aufgrund eines Groß-Kongresses in München) überhaupt nicht. Nachttischlampen an den Betten waren nicht separat schaltbar.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in schöner Lage.
Pros:

Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Kurze Wege und dennoch schön ruhig.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung war recht lieblos aus Altbestand zusammen gewürfelt.

Die Garage ist super eng. Der Säulenabstand nur ein paar Zentimeter mehr als die Wagenbreite. Endlich eingeparkt muss man mit der Heckklappe auf die niedrigen Deckenträger achten.

Nette Unterkunft in München
Pros:

Schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in wirklich guter Lage, gleich beim Englischen Garten und nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Münchner Freiheit entfernt. Die Gegend ist angenehm, sicher und man ist trotzdem sehr schnell mitten in München. Für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt eine wirklich gute Adresse.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, die Toilettenspülung schien etwas schwach zu sein. Ansonsten hat aber alles sehr gut gepasst und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
