La posizione e la qualità del personale sono d’assoluta eccellenza.

Cons:

La manutenzione delle camere non è impeccabile. Non mi riferisco alla pulizia ordinaria, di sicuro livello, ma alla manutenzione strutturale, come il fissaggio di copri water e rubinetterie o i muri scrostati o con macchie di umidità. Non si tratta di nulla in grado di rovinare il soggiorno, ma rispetto alla qualità indiscutibile del resto, è una nota stonata.

Ruhiges, aber überteuertes Hotel

Das Hotel ist von draußen sehr ruhig auch bei offenem Fenster, lediglich ein Flugzeug kommt ab und an vorbei; drei verschiedene Bahnlinien führen zu unterschiedlichen Gegenden in der Innenstadt; Bett war sehr gut, Safe vorhanden

Cons:

Das Hotel wird einem 4-Stern-Haus nicht gerecht, die nicht gerade großen Zimmer sind hellhörig, was Stimmen aus dem Nachbarzimmer betrifft; Dusche auch eher sehr klein. Die Seifentablette wird jeden Tag weggeräumt, was nicht unbedingt ökologisch sinnvoll ist, warum nicht eine kleine Schale hinstellen? In der Minibar gibt es nur Wasser, Fläschchen für 3 €. Kein Wasserkocher. Auch das Frühstückbuffet nicht besser als in einem 2-Sterne-Haus und die winzigen Teller, kaum größer als eine Untertasse, sagen viel über die Philosophie des Hauses aus. Also insgesamt eher enttäuschend für die Preiskategorie.

Dovendo partecipare con la famiglia ad un evento che si teneva presso la Mostra d'Oltremare, ho prenotato in questa struttura che si trova proprio lungo il perimetro esterno della Mostra.
Il livello complessivo si è dimostrato eccellente.
Da segnalare, in particolare la spaziosità delle stanze, gli ampi volumi degli spazi comuni e le pareti decorate.
Nonostante fosse presente una squadra di calcio di Serie A, non sono mancate le attenzioni agli altri ospiti.

La posizione non è esattamente centrale, ma evidentemente si tratta di struttura conveniente per chi ha da fare a Fuorigrotta
